March is the begining of spring training season in Tucson so it can be difficult (though not impossible) to find a place to stay, so I would recommend booking a hotel now.

In addition flights into Tucson can be expensive. An alternative is to fly into Phoenix and drive down or take the Arizona Stagecoach van. It's about 100 miles from Phoenix to Tucson.

    The closest parking to the Physics Building is the 6th street garage. This fills up quickly. If full a sure bet is the Tyndall Ave garage on Euclid between 6th and University.

    Taking a cab is an option as well, and I have been told the price is not much more than the van.
